Framing Complete on Ballard Aperture

Framing is complete on Ballard Aperture... Check out a few photos on this beautiful day!

We staggered the studs in the demising wall between the units to help lower the sound transmission.  Before we drywall there will be insulation snaking around the studs to further separate noise form traveling between the units.
